With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Certified AI Consultant designation, Britnee has built and led people operations across some of the most demanding industries in the workforce  higher education, pharmaceuticals, technology, and healthcare. That breadth of experience means she understands compliance-heavy environments, fast-moving startups, mission-driven nonprofits, and everything in between.

Britnee has served as a senior ministry leader for over 15 years  leading teams, building organizational structures, navigating transitions, and developing people in faith communities where the stakes are deeply personal.
